Welcome to Lifey. Today, we're going to look at the top cons of CU Boulder. We surveyed students at CU Boulder to get the top 5 things they dislike about their school. Based on what they said, here are the top 5.
The partying
Some people like to party, but over at CU Boulder, they party hard. In fact, they party so hard that the boulder of CU Boulder fell on a few people. But in all seriousness, CU Boulder is ranked number 7 on the top 10 party schools in America, and that can interfere with a lot of people trying to study and learn at school, instead of just hanging out and having a good time. Partying also takes its toll on the college rental properties, so a lot of maintenance needs to go into them every semester.
Rich people culture
Apparently, there are a lot of snooty people at CU Boulder driving Audis and BMWs , looking down at people, thinking they're better than them. Because so many of the students are from the upper class, they have a similar mindset and they all live in a bubble of other rich people. A lot of times, this can make minorities feel looked down upon, and that they don't belong or fit.
High cost for unprestigious degrees
Some students felt that their degrees were worth less than those from other schools.
