How do I track my claim from Assurant? ›

From the Homepage, start at File or Track My Claim. Enter your Mobile Number or Serial Number and click "Submit". Once your number has been verified, click on "Track My Claim". Enter your Zip Code and the words you see (including the space) in the spaces provided and click "Continue".

Customers may file a claim online at mytmoclaim.com, in the Protection<360>® app by Assurant®, or by calling 1-866-866-6285. For loss/theft claims, you may need to call T-Mobile to suspend service. You may be required to disable the Find My phone feature prior to making a claim and before sending back a claimed device.

Step 1: Go to the EPFO website. Click on 'Services' followed by the 'For Employees' option. Step 2: Click on 'Know Your Claim Status'. Step 3: Click on the link, and it will redirect you to the member passbook application.

PLEASE ALLOW 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED.

There is a limit of 2 approved accidental damage, loss or theft claims for every 24-month period from the date you purchased the Plan. There is no claim limit for hardware coverage (malfunction after the manufacturer's warranty expires).

Once a claim is approved, your replacement device will be shipped overnight, at no charge where available, for delivery within one to two business days. If you provided your email address when filing your claim, you'll get an email with tracking info alerting you that the device has been shipped.

When can I claim for my phone insurance? As your cover starts immediately after you purchase the policy, you can claim anytime you need to.

When you should expect to receive your reimbursement. Reimbursement generally takes place 15 days after the submission is approved and trade-in per line is received. Prepaid virtual cards are sent via a text message typically within 24-48 hours after the Day 15 date.

How long does T-Mobile take to process an order? ›

Expect at least 2 days processing as an average but it could take more.

You can see the order number and status bar indicating if the order has been authorized, shipped, or is pending. If the order has shipped, the tracking number can be selected to view the order shipping status. To protect against theft, shipments of high value items may require a signature upon delivery.

Please give us a call 1-800-361-5344. To check your claim status please remove either the “claim number” or “account/loan number”. Only one number is required to search for the claim status.

Repair or replace a damaged device

If you have Protection<360>, you may submit a claim to repair your damaged device. If you have other Device Protection, you may place a claim to replace your damaged device. If you're a JUMP! On Demand ® customer, you may be able to pay a fee to turn in a damaged device.

Replacement Device

Once your claim is approved, your device will be shipped via next-business-day delivery, Monday through Saturday, when available, at no additional cost to you.

How can I check the status of my claim? You can check the status of your claim on OneAssist App or you can call OneAssist customer care center 1800 123 3330 for update and status on your claim.

Claim approval may be instant or may take several days depending on the type of claim and timely receipt of all documentation that is required for processing.
